An Industrial Designer from the National Institute of Design, Ahmadabad, India, Ashish started his design entrepreneurship journey, 28 years ago, by co-founding India’s pioneering design practice, Elephant. Elephant today is present in India as well as Singapore.
Ashish leads Product & Retail Experience Innovation group and has lead projects ranging from consumer appliances related to air, water & energy, medical equipment, wearable electronics, automotive and retail. He & team at Elephant is recipient of several awards including Spark (USA), Greener Gadgets (USA), CII-Design Excellence and 5 products received the India Design Mark. His consulting experience spans start-ups, Corporates, MNCs from India, South-East Asia, Japan and Europe.
Ashish conducts workshops on Growth by Design & Product Innovation. Recently invited to speak at International Design Congress, Gwangju, he also delivered keynote at International Symposium, Naju Innovation City, Korea, 2016 World Eco-friendly Design Expo.
Ashish is President, Association of Designers of India, an active member of the Design Alliance Asia and has been on the jury of India Design Mark. He has served as appointed member of India Design Council and was invited to attend Good Design Mark Jury, Japan. This year Ashish has been on the Product Design Jury at Cannes Lions as well as Taiwan International Student Design Competition.
As an architect with over 30 years experience in the retail sector he has seen the retail sector transform exponentially beyond the physical realm into an integrated omnichannel experience. Within a rapidly evolving retail landscape James has led rpa:group and its partners to educate its clients, providing creative solutions that address customer psychology and the effective application of technology to drive brand attachment. Internationally renowned Italian architect Giorgio Borruso is founder and principal of GIORGIO BORRUSO DESIGN, an award-winning multi-disciplinary design studio celebrated for its innovative architecture, interiors, and industrial design. The work of the Los Angeles-based studio has been featured in over 1500 publications, receiving over 225 international awards, including the 2019 American Architecture Award, 2018 Interior Design Best of Year Award, sixteen GOOD DESIGN Awards, and six RedDot Design Awards including Best of the Best 2012. Borruso’s work has been described as experiential, sculptural, streamlined, organic, constructed utilizing unusual combinations of materials and developing strong ties with the surrounding context, and his projects have been exhibited worldwide.
Borruso is a frequent lecturer at universities and conferences globally, speaking about innovation and experiential design. National Retail Federation’s special presentation, ‘Inside the Mind of Giorgio Borruso’, with an interview by Susan Szenasy, the editor-in-chief of Metropolis magazine, was presented at The Big Show 2010 conference in New York. Angela Kreutz is CEO at the office for architecture and interior design Blocher Blocher India, Delhi, since the foundation in 2008. Additionally, Mrs. Kreutz is partner at the German parent company Blocher Blocher Partners, Architecture and Design. The marketing expert studied Communication and Art in Germany and the USA. After various engagements in the media business she came to Blocher Blocher Partners in 2002; internationally, she is responsible for customer relationship, amongst others.

SASIKUMAR RAMASWAMI, President, Store Design & Projects for Landmark Group, India, has worked with Lifestyle International, India since 2013 and previously worked with the core team at Max Fashion, part of Landmark group Dubai from 2002 till 2013 since its inception and Mr. Sasikumar has designed over 500 plus Stores across the globe. Having an overall experience of 21 years, with an expertise in residential, interior design, furniture design, project management, retails store & shop fitting designs.
Sasikumar has worked interiors for restaurants, residential, commercial & office spaces and retail store design for brands such as Raymonds, SKC, Tanishq & TVS . He has been involved as Design Principal for Max Fashion, Design Evaluation for Lifestyle India, Mélange ethnic brand store, Max Fashion youth format store, where his scope of work spanned across – Easy Buy store design, shop fitting, lighting, shop front. As a Member of AIIA- All India Institute of Architects & CA-Counsel of Architecture, Member of IIID, Sasikumar is a Gold Medalist & Rank holder in Architecture- B.Arch and MBA.
Ravish Mehra is an architect with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch.) from School of planning and Architecture (SPA) New Delhi. He passed out in 1978. He is a member Of Council Of Architecture since 1979 (MCA) and also of Associate Of India Institute Of Architects (A.I.I.A).
Post his education, he set up an architectural practice in the name of "Ravish Mehra & Deepak Kalra" in the year 1980. He started handling architecture, interior design and remodeling oriented projects all over the country and was extensively involved with retail design, corporate design, hospitality design and creating corporate identity system. His current projects include work for B.P.Os and K.P.Os for various telecom companies in India, Africa and South East Area. He is also involved with I.T. sector projects in North and South India.
As for his teaching experience, he has been a visiting faculty at School Of Planning And Architecture, New Delhi (SPA) since 2007. He was also a visiting faculty at Sushant School of Art & Architecture 2004-2006 as well as 2011-2013 and Vastukala Academy in Delhi in 2007.
To mention his various other connections with the industry, he is a member of the Panel of Council of Architecture for Inspection and Accreditation of Architectural Institutions since 2002. He is a member of various committees constituted by COUNCIL OF ARCHITECTURE 2002-2004 and also a member of Technical Advisory Committee for appointment of consultants for India Institute OF Management, Rothak (IIM-R).

Craig is also managing director of Officeworks an office design consultancy focused on increasing office productivity and creating healthier workplaces with employees at the heart of the office design process.
Craig began his career in retail marketing almost 25 years ago, working in senior management positions for large, multi-national organisations such as BP and Kodak. He played a pivotal role in the development of a new business case for BP, which resulted in BP’s decision to implement a series of commercial truck stops across Europe; and as franchise manager for Kodak Express, Craig achieved major sales increases across the organisations 300-strong UK and Ireland network.
Over the last 20 years, Craig has led Shopworks through a period of major growth, so that today, the company operates from London, Paris, Shanghai and Moscow.

Anees is a versatile Product Designer and Architect, who incubated and led the Strategic Creative functions at Aditya Birla Group's MORE stores as Head of Design, and previously at Planet M, Times of India Group, and at Marico, across VM, Store layouts, Packaging, Events, Advertising, and now consults with Design Express, a branding and communication studio.
He has been a member of the CII National Committee on Design.
Sanjay draws upon more than 29 years of experience as an architect, consultant, designer and project manager. He has helped many clients, successfully define their goals and requirements for a range of complex projects including large scale mixed-use developments, and high-performance buildings in commercial, office, hospitality, residential, corporate interiors and other market sectors. In his capacity as Principal and Managing Director for Gensler Bangalore & Mumbai, Sanjay is a strong proponent for advancing Gensler’s presence in India. In addition to bolstering the company’s ability to deliver sophisticated design services to clients, he is also responsible for driving employee engagement and delivering business results. Before joining Gensler, Sanjay held multiple roles at AIG Global Real Estate in India from 2008 through 2012. Sanjay has held regional leadership positions for the project management team for Jones Lang LaSalle in India from 2004 through 2008. During this journey, Sanjay helped to set up best practices, project quality-assurance processes and talent management initiatives.
